Go with McLeod like you've been thinking about.
Maximum Motorsports recommends them and so does pretty much everybody else. Haven't heard anything bad, like with pretty much every other company except RAM, maybe you might want to check them out too.

use a superior clutch they are a local clutch maker and modern driveline highly recommends them go to their site. moderndriveline.com. or give them a call. i have driven one and i love the feel they give.

i guess my only real concern is if i will experience alot of chatter with the mcleod..for example in first gear..or is it just a matter of getting used to...i am really leaning towards the mcleod but am afraid there will always be inherent problems????

I also like my spec clutch. Good deal for the money. The mcleod clutches are pricey

i have to admit, i am probably going to get the mcleod dual disk...after speaking with a rep and reading up on it..it appears that they have overcome the issue of chatter..it will take a bit of getting used to, but after that, it should be just fine...i wish anybody who has a mcleod would give me some feedback too...thanks

You don't have enough power to need a clutch like that.

hey, ur right..i decided mcleod would just be too much of a strain on my car, so i finally pulled the trigeer and bought the centerforce dual friction kit...it's kind of funny, i really wanted to sell myself on the mcleod, but i woke up today feeling great about buying the centerforce...well, i have a nice weekend lined up installing it...thank you everybody for your feedback... ant [ December 17, 2004, 02:17 PM: Message edited by: chevymuncher ]
