Im a noob here and this is the first time I took apart my engine on my own car. Im putting some different heads in and I wanted to know if my pistons are still ok and is the caked on greese on there ok. Is this normal. Sorry for being a noob here just checking with ya guys.

I dont think I had a blown head gasket I know I had some anti freeze in there but that was my doing when taking apart. I hope

I was gonna say... That much antifreeze in the cylinders and you wouldn't have even been able to drive that shit.

fucking joe you didn't disconect the bottom radiator hose huh that way when you popped the heads no antifreeze would go all over your floor.
tisk tisk noobie.
Burning a lil oil now weren't we......
Just a bit of denotation probably to do with that cheap gas.

Hhahah yeah man Im a noob for sure.,.. You guys are supposed to be helping me man Crap man I ran 91 all the time i think my timing is jacked. Hey quick ? for ya can I turn the car over and clean the rest of the pistons or will is crew somthing up? Should I be cleaning the pistons heads up? Or is it not needed. You can turn the motor over for sure to clean it all up. Not a 100% sure but you didn't even set tdc before pulling it all apart. Anyways once your ready to put the heads back on find tdc and leave it there so when you go back to put in the distriburator it's easier.
clean the tops off if you wish.
Less carbon build up could help it from detonating.
