Rear shocks????...There is a bolt at the bottom and a nut at the top...The hardest thing is taking your truck panels out to get to the upper nut...

Yeah, its easy. You will need a small wrench to hold the top of the shock shaft from spinning, while you loosen the top nut. Other than that. Its gravy.

Sweet so do I do it with the car on ramps or jack stands on the axles?

put jack stands under the your subframes if you have them or under the torque box area like usual and let the rear end hang and put a jack under the pumpkin as you will need to adjust the jack just a little to be able to wiggle the bolts out the top and bottom.

I just swapped some bilsteins onto my notch last week and I did it in roughly 30 minutes, just jacked it up by the pumpkin, put jackstands under the axle by the ends, then unbolted the bottom shock bolts, then the tops.
I used the floorjack to compress the shocks enough to fit into the lower mounting brackets as I couldn't compress the bilsteins by hand like the OE shocks that came off. Needless to say the bilstein shock/strut swap was an improvement

If you put in adjustable shocks - do your self a favor and "slit" the trunk panels. That way you don't have to remove them to get to the adjustments (assuming it's at the top like the Tokikos)
In normal use you'll never know the trunk panel has been cut.
