ive have heard of f4te roller blocks in the 750rwhp range, all stock internals with a turbo and efi
700rwhp with built internals on a turbo should be safe, 650 from a blower because of belt loss and drag, some may argue this but its just what i have seen
stock 351w blocks have been into mid 8's at over 155mph reliably for years

I don't think you're gonna get a late model thin roller EFI 351w into the 8's without about 2 pounds of cement in the coolant passages and you're fingers crossed behind your back.
Ford rates the A-351w (equivalent in thickness to the '69-72 or so) at 650 HP.
we've all probably heard of the occasional un-filled late model 302 hyd-roller in the 9's, hey that's great and all but for how long
