seems like a waste to me
if you're gonna go modular, get a cobra DOHC at least!

I think that would be pretty sweet to have an 03 motor in a fox, very very cool. Do you guys notice how much room there is from the acc. belts and the radiator in most of those cars, there is a lot of room kinda nice.

The 4.6 DOHC are super nice, but dropping in a 4.6 SOHC motor would be different. I say go ahead for the 4.6 SOHC motor, they still have great potential.

the engine is newer than the car, so yes, but it would need all smog equipment from the year of the engine and would smog like a xx 4.6L mustang
