First check your O2 sensors, if that dosent work. My 92' has most of the basic bolt ons (intake, injectors, maf, TB, exhaust, FPR, etc) and it was failing the NOX. The mechanic told me to change the cats *and* the EGR. I changed just the EGR ($110 fucking bux!) and it passed. <br /><br />Not knowing what you are failing I would say tune the car (dist cap, fuel filter, plugs, wires, PCV), make sure your timing is at 10 degrees, clean the EGR valve, and change the oil.
