The idle drop could be a symptons of a million things. I'd say look for the simple things first...like vacuum lines...throttle body dirt...MAF needs to be cleaned...fresh tuneup needed..etc.etc.

The window thing is probably a sympton of either crushed power window motor (they are plastic) bearings or a loose wire connection. The plastic bearings are easy to replace.

Good luck...

Is your a/c on? The cycling of the compressor can cause a normal rpm change...

Idle could be tons of things.

Window, if you have power it could be a couple things. If you have manual windows, then the guides are probably just off.

I have the same window problem. I have replaced the motors, but no fix. Thinking about making a taller stop on the bottom of the window to keep it from going down so far. I can move it freely with the motor removed, so I don't believe there is any binding, but I will keep you posted.

replaced the motors with another set (juckyard hunting) and they seem to work fine now. I also greased all the window linkage I could get to that looked like it could slow or stop the windows path. Good luck
