i was wondering what is better a C&L pipe or a cold air intake that goes in the fender wall let me know

Well,
I think you will get debate and no real answer on this one. FWIW I have the C&L 76mm MAF w/ pipe into a 70mm TB + stock airbox w/ K&N filter. Ran 11's at 3200lb race weight on a 120kmile 5.0 bottom end.

Just out of curiosity whave you tried bolting on a bbk or mac cold air and tried it see if it helps any?

I'm sure it would be the same but just out of curiosity have you tried it?

I'd get the cold air to clean up the engine compartment from that huge stock air box. [Razz]

yes jim did try that at sac raceway, made absolutely no difference in et, back to back test
