Help I have a 96 cobra with low compression on cylinders 5,6,7 it started misfiring. I have a kb supercharger with 9ib of boost. Does this mean I need a bottom end and head gaskets or just head gaskets?

How does your oil and coolant look?...You can buy a "test dye" and find out if there is any sources of carbon is in your coolant...
What are your compression number for all the cylinders?...Did you take all of your plugs out at the same time while doing the compression check?..You need to...Also, did you crank the engine under wide open throttle?...You need to do that too...
I'm sure it's nothing HCI can't fix....
