The 3 gauges on my left dash went out. But there seems to still be light on a few spots. Any suggestions on what happen? This has happend before but the light came back on. Every so often this happens. Its a 87 coupe. Thanks.

The circuit boards on the back of the instrument panel that carry power from light to light can tend to go out... especially if you've ever been back there removing or reinstalling new bulbs. I would try bulbs first, cleaning the contact strip for the harness connection second, circuit board third.
