I'm thinking about getting some GT-40 Heads for my 302 motor. A friend of mine has a hook up on some. I have a 1988 5.0, Is there any modifications that I might need to do to complete the install or is it just a matter of taking the old heads off and putting the new ones on? Do I have you different bolts? Different roller rockers? would my stock intake work with the new GT-40 heads?

And depending on what car they came off you might need something like this.. Some gt-40 heads came were meant to be used with 1/2 inch head bolts i beleive. Take a look at your heads and make sure before you buy/install them. [ August 13, 2004, 01:48 AM: Message edited by: Tryin2GoFast ]
