i have 90 mustang 5.0 i recently relocated my battery to the trunk i didn't buy a kit i did it my self i used 2 gauge wire and ran it to the starter relay and grouned straight to the trunk now it wont start i checked to see if there is voltage to the starter relay and it has 12v i also checked all fuses and they are good now i have no idea where to start I NEED HELP Please

you have to ground your block to your frame or battery cause the starter isnt grounded to the body its grounded to the block so it needs a seperate ground

is there power in the car but it just wont start/run?
the ground side of the battery cables usually has another gound wire that goes to the chssis which is a ground for the ECM/computer and it WILL NOT start/run without it.you shouldnt have to ground the block as it already has one from the factory going to the bellhousing or back of the head.check the ground that you went with in the back and make sure t is getting a good solid ground/contact

ditch the ground to the trunk, and ground the cable to one of the bolts on the quad shock bracket.

thats a damn good idea is that patented or can I use that one? but seriously I dig that idea ya cant get a better ground than that.
