hey guys i have this problem i have a 90 coupe its got and e cam cobra intake 24# and cold air ive looked everywhere for vac leaks but its not hunting i just stays at 1500 i cant figure it out any input will work thankx let me know if you need anymore info..

Sounds like a stuck IAC (idle air control) valve...It's the sensor other than the TPS on the side of the throttle body...

Make sure there is obviously no physical restrictions like the throttle cable being jammed or stuck...

ive replace the iac and the linkage for the trottle is no kinked or binding anywhere ive look in all the obvious places ive used 3 cans of brake clean lookin for vac leak nothin ive checked my gaskets still nothin new tps and pcv valve... still i cant figure it out its really starting to wear on me.

OK, is it always at 1500rpms or higher?...It's not sitting on the idle screw, right?...

What happens when or if you disconnect the IAC while the car is running?...

Are you getting any trouble codes?...Have you tried disconnecting your computer and reseting your computer?...

EDIT~What is your TPS voltage at idle?...
