Razor blade and a couple cans of brake cleaner will do the job good. Just scratch sideways so you don't etch the glass itself.
Also open up the other windows so you don't get TOO high off the brake cleaner.

My glass guy says to use a hair drier to heat it up then it just peels off. Ive never done it , so let me know if it works. Good luck

Good idea Blowfish, try a heat gun to make the tint film more pliable, then scrape it off with a razor blade.

Use Windex or some thing with a lot of Ammonia, then take a garbage bag and stencel the window. Spray the Windex on the inside of the window, then place the bag on the inside of the window, let it dry. When you take the garbage bag off most of the tint will come with it. Good luck
