Run as much as you like. Just don't detonate the motor....or heat up the combustion chamber too much. (causes the rings to butt-up & crack a ring land on the piston)

I've run about 12psi (as registering vacuum at the manifold) ever since I got my blower. The tune is the most important thing..fuel comes to mind as well:D I do believe the heads and or gaskets will go before the pistons...just in my experiences...

at 9-10psi I made 430rwhp on stock hypers for around 60,000 miles. If you keep it out of detonation it'll last just fine. I'd ditch hypers at around the same HP level that I'd ditch the stock block - around 500rwhp.

Fuel system was (is):
190lph intake, BBK "pusher" inline, 42# injectors, 39psi at 0 vacuum. Tuned with a TwEECer for around 12.5:1 A/F under boost. Stock fuel lines and rails (stock 94 rails which I believe flow better then the older rails).
