Yold my car to get smogged today and during the 15mph test it failed the NO test but ok at 25mph. What could be a reason for having so high NO count? could it be the o2 sensor?

you mean the no2 test? maybe I'm wrong but it could be egr valve, or yes o2 sensors...correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't clogged or bad 'cats' cause that too? [ July 21, 2004, 08:47 AM: Message edited by: Jdub07 ]

Have you tried that "Guaranteed to Pass" gas stuff yet? I used it before every test, and my SVO always passed. Don't know if it did anything, but it's worth a shot.

How bad did it fail? Is you check engine light on? If it is then start by troubleshooting that. My 92' failed the first time and then passed when I changed the EGR.

No check engine light. I passed with flying colors on everything except the NOX at 15mph. I am gonna try the garauntee to pass and change my O2 sensor, i hope that works.
