I have BBK specific rate 1.5" springs, they ride rough but improved the bodyroll/handling a little. Next time, I'm probably putting in Eibach Sportlines because I think those are only 3/4" or 1" drop.
Anyways, I think the best springs are Eibachs or H&Rs, for shocks/struts, the best ones are Konis and Tokicos, depends how much you want to spend. Or you could just go with coil-overs, and you could adjust the height to what you want.

Springs: Eibach, H&R, Griggs...
Shocks: Koni, Bilstein, tokico.
Give Mike at Maier Racing a call. He's out in Hayward, he'll let you know what's up.

Or get one of them package deals while you are at it. You know the $5k ones. It's worth every bit of it. It comes with tourqe arm and everything. And coil overs and the rest of that stiff.
