well....
My car (89 GT) would always run about 180-190 Temp but i was sittin in traffic the other day and it shot up to about 200 and slowly went up to 220 and now when i trun the car in the morning it will slowly go up to about 220. It use to stay at about 180 before the other day. i have no idea why this happen. anyone know what the hell happened?? any info would be great.

First check level of coolant. If low, fill. It may also be a thermostat going bad. Do you have any leaks from radiator or cooling system in general? If no visible leaks (i.e. drops of water underneath car) and you're still losing radiator fluid, check to see if the oil has emulsified. This is the worst case scenario.
How long have you had this radiator? If for a long time, there may be deposits that restrict flow.
