Just get a chiltons book its real easy to do.
I usually use a jack to hold the lower control arm up and then remove the bolt and slowly lower the control arm.
Sane thing for the upper control arms just have a jack holding it from the pumkin so theres no pressure on the bolt. Remove the bolts and slowly let it down.

Watch the rear brake line when you drop the axle, you cant drop it as much as you would like to. Have an extra bottle or floor jack handy to hold it while you fight the old arms out. I did them one at a time , good time to change rear springs too. Good luck

For $75 I'll change all 4 in an hour. You can drink a Corona and watch.

I bought new axle bushings with my FMS uppers and took them out with the Maximum Motorsports bushings replacement tool...It's worth it's weight in gold if you need to replace the axle bushings....
