Well I have been thinking about doing 18inch budniks this fall, and I was wondering how wide I can go with the old LX? I was just seeing how wide of a 18 some of you guys have on your Foxbodys. If there is anyway you can fit a 18x10 in the back of a fox let me know how you did it, I don't mind the occasional rub.

with a BFH "big fucking hammer" just got to town on the inner fenders, and i mean really smask them in, until they wont go anymore, get a torque and heat the metal up, then smash some more, then u can fit a 18x10 with a decent tire on it ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

First off...what size tire do you want to run.....no need running 18x10 if you want to run like a 275 or something....better of with a 9 and then you still gonna have to roll the fenders-Ken

I was thinking of running something that would fit the 10 inch wide rim good

If it were me, I'd "clearance" the wheel wells for anything bigger then a 275. While it might fit fine in a straight line, some hard cornering will demonstrate why most of us want Panhard rods. You can take a parked Mustang and get the rear end swinging back and forth several inches w/o the tires moving. This equates to rubbing around hard turns. Turning is fun!

I don't corner to be honest with you I would take a corner ten times faster in my tahoe then my car. I am affraid of the rear tires sliding out in the car, and I know that the truck is nice and heavy in the back and there are no fears in it sliding ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)
