My car has steeda underdrive pullies, i just installed a s-trim 2 weeks ago. Does the pully kit effect the boost levels at all? I dont think i am boosting as much as I should. Thanks.

Ok, yeah install the original pulleys back on and you should see some extra boost...
Do you have a boost gauge?

Yeah basically the vortech belt is matched to the stock pulleys and with the smaller diameter pulley's on there I imagine the belt is pretty lose.

It's not belt slippage, it's the crank pulley actual size difference that slows down the blower speed...
It's just like how underdrive pulleys slow down all the other accessories...

can you leave the other two pullies on, or should you just yank them all?

ya i had a feeling. i hooked up a boost gauge and am only seeing 4-5psi max. Which is sorta cool because that means that I am going to be a lot faster when i get it all fixed. You know where I might be able to pick up some pullies for cheap? Thanks.

I was thinking, what about putting a smaller sc pully... that would make it better wouldnt it?

From what I've heard from some of the tuners out there is to not run underdrives as it puts extra stess on the crank and after adding a blower, it puts even more strees on the crank!! That's just what i heard though.....
