I am wondering where you have found the best location to attach a 5 point harness in your car? I have a 99 GT and am trying to install a Simpson 5 point harness> but dont know where exactly will be the best and easiet place to mount?

This can be done in a # of ways. The best way is to install a harness bar to attach to. I'm not sure who makes it but I know some company makes one. Aside from that you can attach to the floor with large washers and an eyelet. This is not the best method but it works. The angle on the belts must be kept right otherwise the belts can put you in harms way instead of helping Check this link out for belt positioning and options
