any good bang for the buck stroker (pref 331) kits out there? Its gonna be a daily driver for a while until i get a commuter and can u guys help me out with any tips, thanx.

Why do you want a stroker kit?...If it's gonna be a daily driver, I think I'd rather just have the short block bored to a 306 and save the money that you didn't spend on a 331 on a set of AFR heads!...

well its only gonna be a daily driver for a couple of weeks before i get another car or sell it for a grandnational. and the 306 idea did pass my mind, but since i was gonna be in there anyway i just thought i would spend the extra cash and get a little more power.

Well, most places a 331 kit are around $1000.+ and that's not including what needs to be done to the block...
Coast High Performance(CHP) and DSS racing seem to be pretty popular...
