this is for a 93 5.0.
here are the specs
advertised duration in268 ex268 @.050 in 218 ex 218 lift with 1.6 rocker in.456 ex .456 with a 110 lobe seperation.

this will be bolt ons long tubes full exhuast typhoon intake and probably a 150 of nitrous.

I like comp cams but that isn't the right choice IMO. Most people I know and myself included think a split duration cam makes the most power first off. Secondly that cam is too tame. I'd run something bigger

on a stock motor it'll sacrafice some driveability for like 5 HP or so up top, with the nitrous it might actually hurt depending on how much overlap that cam has (probably not much though, you can figure it out from the duration and LSA)

Do NOT run that cam. That is a hydralic flat-tappet camshaft. Your motor is a roller....so you need a roller cam.

Those comp 260s and 268s make decent replacement type cams for budget rebuild on pickups like long bed F150s w/ 302 or 80s broncos basically those guttless wonders from the early mid 80s..if that makes any sense.
