They're not that expensive. What costs a lot is finding some poor sap that is in to self abuse to install it for you. I think the going quote is about 10 hours of labor. I did mine myself and it was every bit the pain in the ass that everyone says it is.<br /><br />I think that the heater core was about $60. But it cost me an additional $200 for the broken windshield. I know you're thinking "how the f^&k do you break a windshield doing a heater core swap?".
