Okay so I finish installing my D&D kmember on my 99gt and the front of the tires point out. I have adjusted the TOE as far as it adjusts and the tires are not straight. It looks like I got sent the wrong lower control arm's or I need to buy a shorter toe so that the wheels will be straight
has any one had this same problem , what did you do to fix it,
thanks

I have MM CC, but the CC plates are not the problem they wont adjust the tire from pointing out from the front , they will help if the tire stuck out the top,
I thinking my control arms are to small couse know when trun my steering wheel the tire hit the inside of the fenders

Sounds like maybe you got 87-93 control arms instead of what you should have gotten. just check your parts list [ March 21, 2004, 10:38 AM: Message edited by: mtbaughs ]

I know Griggs makes a different arm between 87-93 and 94-up and I am pretty sure everyone else would have to as well because the car is way different. I'd even go as far to say that the later control arms are longer.

Fox A arms are 13" from the center line of the ball joint to the center of the attachment points. The SN95 A arms are 13.75" They may have sent you the shorter Fox A arms. [ March 21, 2004, 11:20 AM: Message edited by: Johns331 ]

How does the steering rack fit?...If the control arms are NOT too short, then Positioning the rack further foward will help bring the front of the tires inward...
.........Just thowin ideas out there..

The D&D k-member is one of if not the worst out there for gaining extra clearance(headers ect..). The UPR is also JUNK.

I can't really recomend anything as all the k-memebers i've bought have been MAJOR hassles and/or poor quality.
From others experience i've heard the AJE and PA Racing are the two best but my experience with PA was dissapointing. Everything is ok now though.
