Which system is it and what year car is it going on?
I'm sorry to say but I can not in good conscience recommend any brake shop. It seems that no matter which one you go to you are always quoted at least $600 when all you may need is pads and rotors.
If it's something like the Baer Track Kit (similar to the Cobra brakes) going on a Fox body then I would consider either doing it yourself or getting one of the more knowledgable local 'Stangers to help you out. It's not a difficult job so long as you have a place to do it and some tools.
I did my Cobra brake kit myself in my garage and I am far from a pro.
Sean.

If you can't do the work yourself, then I suggest Apex, in Santa Clara...
