They are not too loud. They sound great. I have them on my 89' 306 with an o/r H-pipe

If I were you I would get them but keep pipes going out to the rear. If you don't you will get annoyed with the drowning and sound real fast.

Get a Cam, some headers, O/R Hpipe, Single Chambers = Loud as F@! and I mean that in a goooooood way.

yeah, I had a headers, x pipe, and 1 chambers dumped on my old H/C/I fox body...it was absoultely rediculous. Great for a track car, but just too damn loud after a few weeks.
