Hey guys I needed to know What Mufflers I should get with my set up on my 98 Cobra? I already have Bassani mid-length headers and Bassani catted X-pipe and flowmaster muffs. I get my car back from HCI Motorsports in two weeks and I've heard a lot of people say that flows dont sound right with an X-pipe so what mufflers should i get?

Well, it already says it in your sig, so why not just get "full Bassani"?....

I ordered Bassani and they said it was on back order where i got it from so i just canceled my order. so i said it would be smart to make sure this is what will sound right on my car before i spend another 300-600 bucks on some muffs. will Bassani be the best I want muffs that sound deep i dont like the hollow sound you know.

1st. Did you try contacting Apex?..They might have your Bassani cat back in stock...
2nd. Are you goin to our Foster Freeze meet?..There will be a ton of mufflers to choose from and hear...
Ever heard a Saleen?...They use Borla and those are great too....

4.6's dont sound good with an x and flows IMO...i had an O/R BBK X with flows and a Bassani Catted X with flows the bassani sounded iight but the O/R X sounded bad....it baffels hella at about 2300RMP and i didnt get any compliments on it except for it sounds like shiet....i would stay away from flows
