if I get water in my coils can it wreck them.. this is on a 2002 Gt..

What exactly do you mean?....Did you get one of coils wet and now your car isnt running right?....

I assume you feel that one coil pack (or both) have been screwed up by excessive amounts of water under the hood. Did you spray your motor down with a hose? Did you try cleaning your engine bay with a pressure washer for cars? What did you do man??

Water might jack up a coil if it sits there for a while. Corrosion will build up on the spark plug and it will eventually cause a miss. So if you washed your engine, don't worry about it.
