well itsays right there they require an agressive cam and improvements to the exhaust and intake. I would like to know how much CFM they flow

without having seen the flow numbers, let me tell you that flow numbers (since most people only look at peak flow) do not mean everything. just because a head flows 330 cfm at .650 does not make it a better head than a gt40 for a stock motor.
focus on lift where the motor will mostly be running.

I understand this, Just wondering how this smog legal 200cc head compares to the AFR 205 and Edelbrock Victor Jr which has 210cc's, that both are not smog legal
