2000 v6 auto mac cold air dual exhaust theses are my mods and im having a idle problem in stop and go trafic when i come to a stop and rpms are at 700 rpms my idle will drop to 500 and my car shake and then rpms pop back up to 700 and no problem and no check engine light is on any help with this

Your mass air meter might not be picking up air correctly from the elbow on the CAI....
For testing purposes, put your stock air box back on and see if it fixes it....

when did this problem start? was it after the exhaust install? because if so you should check to see if there's a leak. if not, check the MAF and see if it's clean. also if you have a k&n the oil might have pluged the sensor.
