I just had my 2002 Mustang tuned at apex.. for a supercharger.. well this weekend I was driving my car and it was running like crap very rich.. I found out that my alternater was hitting my hood causing an arc to happen.. I fixed the problem but now my car seems to run weird a part throttle.. could I have messed with my chip with it arking.. I checked the plugs they look fine..

Isn't the hood fiberglass? How's that going to arc?

have you disconnected your battery yet. if not, disconnect the negative line on you battery for about 5-10 minutes. then reconnect it and go drive the car for a while. if the chip isn't messed up, the car should "learn" how to drive again.
