I actually just installed one a couple weeks back and every once in a while it will not idle while in gear. You can imagine what a pain this is since I have an automatic. The IAC adjuster plate is what I probably need to get. The rockers were adjusted 4 times thats not the problem, and mileage doesn't affect anything with a roller cam that is the reson people use roller cams. Does your car get a full charge at idle? Loose nut on your starter solenoid? I had this problem give me the same symptoms you're having.
