Can a big exhaust leak at where the header collecter meets the H-Pipe cause a loss of power? And also how will it effect how the car runs.

The engine will run lean with an exhaust leak...Because of that you probably arent running as much timming and you will lose HP that way...I'm suprised you havent asked about backfires yet....

An exhaust leak upstream of the O2 sensors will make the O2 sensor read lean causing the computer to richen up the air/fuel mixture and make the engine run richer resulting in a loss of horsepower.
