Those (by law) must be installed at a dealership. Just do like Rob said, get a drill and spin it!<br />As for Carfax, it's a joke. More than 75% of the time it's wrong. All it takes is someone to put an incorrect odometer reading in when its registered, now it's "potential odometer rollback".
