If I rev it up you can feel the shake like a wave starting from the front then moving its way through the exhaust to the back. When I lifed up the hood you can just see the whole engine shaking back and forth, its been going on for the past couple weeks and its driving me crazy. The car has 95,000 miles on it and I checked the air filter, distributor, firing order and oil. I checked what I believed to be the PCV valve (at the back of the intake manifold) and it was loose!! I tightened it up, started the car, and it runs like a champ! No more shaking! Mine was always loose and it didn't affect it. Maby its going away for a week or two like it did before.
