If you have a multi piece set no problem installing them after the engine is in. <br />If the headers are 1 piece, position them roughly inplace. (mine went around the steering column) and keep tabs on them while you are positioning the motor.<br />You may also want to look closely at the clutch cable after the headers are connected. I tied mine back a bit to make sure that it did not touch the header tubes.<br />Also, have fun getting the starter in place.
