does anybody have one and if i buy one how helpfull will it be for my 331 and will i be able to take the code from the egr if i remove it and remove it from the eec

Yes, you can knock out the EGR and other smog related sensors with it. Its not super user friendly to use. If you know at least one computer programing language, you shouldn't have a problem using it.
