My stock 99 saleen failed the first time becasue my OBD came up with the code P-1000, I disconnect my battery when my car is not in use. SO My OBD had no memory, and it failed smog beacuse the OBD was low on memory. I drove the car 150 miles or so the it passed. Each smog is about $75. I guess not all areas of cali are the same?
