its pretty easy actually, your deck should have sets for high level speaker outputs, 1 for front left, 1 for front right, 1 for rear left, and one for rear right. they will all be color coded differently as to help to tell them apart.

make sure that you have the correct wires from the head unit hooked up to the correct speaker.

now, lets say you are going to install the front left speaker, there will be 2 wires that are colored the same. One will be soild, but one will have a black line or stripe on it, which will be the ground for the speaker.

on the speaker itself, there will be 2 posts, one will be smaller than the other, hook up the supplied wiring/contacts that came in the box accordingly. The terminals should fit snugly.

now with the other end, route that to the head unit, and either splice, soldier, or wrap (worst way) the wires together, keeping in mind the wires coming from the speaker will be a different color, but they will follow the same pattern of one wire being a solid color (i e power) and the other one being the same color, but with either black stripes or a solid black line.

then just repeat for the rest!

let me know if you have any more questions!
