is it true that if you dont put the mils on.. the cars computer will make the car run rich and lower the timing..

what year car do ya have...from my understanding on the newer stangs it does not affect anything as far as timing and a/f ratio...not sure about others...matter a fact i've been driving with my ses light on for about 2 months now and haven't felt a diff..........just use electrical tape

With the SES light on the computer will not do any learning or relearning. Best bet is to get the mils. I got mine from mileliminators took a couple of days to get them. If you cant wait there is a how-to on the corral on making your own. You will need to do a search for it.

I have a 02 GT.. im going to get some mils.. just dont want to hurt my cars performace..
