just got a smoking deal afr205's with 1.7 stud rockers for 1100 but know i am hoping that they arent going to be to much air flow for my 331 what do you guys think or does anybody have a como like that or know somebody that does

I hope you are gonna put some boost in that engine, those are some mighty heads for a 331! Are they new? How did you get them?

no they are used bout 8 months on my budys 351 till it blew then he put them on a 306 and went 11.58 he said the power wasnt till after 3000 rpm and he was shifting at like 7000 7200 rpm and no im not going to run a charger just some n2o to get out of the hole so hopefully it works good and if not i am sure i can sell these and buy some 185's bran new with the money i make we will see how it works out

Those heads are not huge at all. If you choose the right cam you will be fine and will make good power!

jeffs meant hydrolic roller or solid roller i have 205's on my 427w that is set up for solid roller and u will be shifting very high, u need to hope u have solid roller springs because hydro springs that can be shifted at 8k, damn
