What do you think about using aluminum gt 40 heads with a vortec supercharger running 10lbs of boost. Should I go to a higher cfm head?

well it depends on your money situation. lets just say that i am using the gt40 heads with my twin turbo kit so i think just a little supercharger would be ok

To On N20's comment, what's a little blower? How bout a larger blower(say something like a Novi 2000)?
I know someone seeing 10lbs from a Novi 2000 on aluminum GT40s and he's had no problems yet. [ October 05, 2003, 11:21 AM: Message edited by: Blu50Stang ]

If you haven't bought the heads yet, I would definately get some higher flowing aluminum heads like the Trick Flow twisted wedge.

Dont know your setup but if you already have the GT40's I wouldnt worry about it. If you are looking into a set than I would recommend a set of AFR's!
