MY WINDOW MOTOR ON THE DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW JUST WENT OUT. I GOT A NEW MOTOR BUT HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO REPLACE IT. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS, MARV

I DO BUT MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT THE WINDOW MOTOR HAS RIVETS. HOW DO I REPLACE THE RIVETS.

The window motor is actually bolted to the window regulator and the regulator is what is riveted to the door. The rivets will have to be drilled out and the whole regulator removed as an assembly in order to swap motors. When re-installing the regulator you could use rivets or nuts and bolts to re-secure it.
