I need a better method of removing this RTV from my aluminum lower intake. There's just a thin coating, and it does not like to peel off. Scrapers aren't working for shit, wire brushes aren't working either. The only method i've found that does SOMETHING is to use my fingernail, which is soooooo time consuming.

Any suggestions?

Spray-on gasket remover. Spray it on, wait a few minutes, wipe it off. Works like a champ.
