my friend just bought a 65 mustang and it had drum brakes all the way around. what is the most economical(cheapest)way to convert the front drums to disk brakes?? your help is appreciated.

this is what you do
call this guy steve or PM foxbody about this stuff and go pick it up and it bolts right on

The Granada coversion is pretty cheap but the cost of new Granada parts are getting expensive and touger to find. In the long run it might be better to go with a stock type conversion from Master Power or Stainless Steel Brakes Co. I saw an ad on Craigslist for a stock '65 disc brake setup, came with spindles and everthing, I dont know if its still for sale but it was a pretty good price, just search under the cars and trucks for sale section. hope this helps!

call mustang brothers is san bruno 650-588-1017 they have the conversion kit for the disc brakes
-------------------- i have a dual frame rail chromoly tube chassis mustang and you dont :) i do chassis work anything for subframe con's to full chassis cars
