What are the details on that? Are you going to be using box stock Vic Jr heads? Is it going to be carbed? What compression? What intake? When will this be ready to go? Luke

if you're going to be buying the heads new, might as well get the AFR-185s, it's like the same price. Otherwise used edel. vic jr's are a steal.

I think 375 is a push. It can be done, but a dozen little tricks have to be done... windage tray, race crank pulley, and 10 more similar 1-3 HP things. [ August 17, 2003, 07:07 PM: Message edited by: st5150 ]

What's the limiting factor in your opinion, as is? Would you substitute any parts for any other parts? What about if we use a 300cfm head, with no other changes? Is that 375rw expected now without the dozen little tricks? Luke

I'm still missing some key ingredients to say the least.

An 850dp might give you few hp higher peak numbers, but a 750 would be better across the powerband. Single plane manifolds are extremely sensitive to carb sizes and using too big of a one will seriously hurt low & mid range performance.
