5.0 8.8 rearend
Im looking to either upgrade on the 8.8 rear end or buy a 9inch with locker ready to go. Will a 8.8 with after market axles handle 5000rpms.

you could make 800+rwhp and a 8.8 will take it

it would cost aound $1200.00 to get the 8.8 built with 9 inch housing ends(c clip eliminators tend to leak),axles(31 spline),and auburn pro or similar differencial.

I'am puting down over 700ftlb with my 8.8 31 splines,locker,welded axle tubes motorsport gears.You do not need a 9inch take a look at my site for more info.
