Back the nut/washer thing off to the end of the large bolt. The large bolt pushes against the P/S hub, the two half round pieces go over the groove on the pulley AND the washer part of the nut washer thing. The sleeve holds the pieces together. Use 5/8 and 13/16 wrenches to tighten the bolt into the nut and you will draw the pulley to the front of the car. It is a long slow deal. Use the bearing and a small bolt to push it back on.
